Develop a marketing strategy for the Tourism Office of Nuremberg, based in:
- Reformulate the branding of the city to make it attractive for Gen Y
- Utilize the existing channels and activities to share self-generated quality content within social media
In order to be successful we propose to create a contest and to encourage local business to offer discounts linked to the use of the hashtag #tasteNuremberg

Career Goals
Reflection on mock interview activity (SSU - November 2015)
- The interview session was done by a panel of peers.
- We prepared some interview questions for each other.
- The best part of the activity was realizing how difficult really is to be well prepared for a real interview situation. It also gives us the opportunity to see how it likes to be the interviewer.
- I really missed more supervision and feedback from the lecturer.
- The most difficult part was "tell us about you". I have never faced that question before. I know that I have a lot of working experience in different industries, from hospitality to finance, and I am really confident in my skills and abilities, however, I found it really difficult to answer this question in a good and effective way. To avoid it happening again, I worked with my partners, asked them for feedback about both, my CV and my answer and I prepared an elevator pitch.
- It was a really good experience to practice interviews. It was really helpful to have a constructive feedback so I definitely recommend everyone to find a "professional" way to practice, asking at the University´s Employability service, at a career adviser or at a recruiter. I would highly recommend videotaping the interview whenever it is possible, it will help to analyze the body language and answers. Also, will be useful to contrast the feedback received.
- I have learned that practice is the key to success and it is really important to prepare every interview, researching the company in advance and to have some questions ready for the interviewers.
